We are delighted to offer this taster workshop with Donna Malcomson, exploring a gentle approach to movement, inspired by yoga and the Feldenkrais Method.
This is for anyone that wants to understand the effects of stress on your body, and through simple and seemingly gentle movements learning to move with ease.
Suitable for all abilities and ages. You will have a brief introduction to exercises, useful for targeting injuries and unhelpful postural habits. At the end of the session there will be a Q & A.
We will provide mats for this session – however you may like to bring your own and a blanket. You can wear everyday clothes for the session, as long as they are fairly loose and you are happy laying on the floor.
